Important: Pre heat oven to 475 with pan or stone inside. Prepare: Stone, pizza pan or baking sheet. Large bowl and rolling pin. 8 oz Ice cold beer or water (sparkling is best). 4 tbs Oil (olive is best). 1/2 cup or so Flour for dusting. Mix: Entire contents in bowl. Mix with hand and create a "well". Empty 8oz beer into mix. Add 4tbs oil and mix by hand. Knead into a dough ball. Dust counter with flour. Place dough ball on counter. Work ball into a "log". Break into dough balls (1-4 pices). Roll: Press dough into dusted flour and form a disc. Roll flip roll to desired size and thickness. Bake: Remove hot pan or stone from oven and place on oven mitti. Place rolled crust on hot stone or pan. First top with cheese then your toppings (sausage onion etc.) and then more cheese. We prefer to add the sauce on top of hot cheese when pizza is done. Bake 7-12 minutes or until cheese is golden-brown.
