Note: A plastic strip is used to prevent battery drain during shipping. Pull gently to remove before use. There is also a cling over the digital display, remove before use. Temperature range: 32 Degrees to 45 Degrees F/0 Degrees C to 232 Degrees C. Monitor exact temperatures of meat, poultry or other temperature sensitive foods without opening the oven door.
