Hot to Use This Digital Timer: 1. Thaw meat entirely before use. 2. Insert thermometer in the thickest part of the meat, 3/4 past the center, not in contact with bone, fat or gristle. 3. Adjust temperature slide reference to desired position and monitor doneness while cooking in the oven. 4. Remove meat from oven when cooked to desired temperature. How to Use Digital Timer: Note: There is a static cling label over the digital display and a strip under the battery compartment. Please remove both before use. 1. Press min button to set minutes. Press sec button to set seconds. Hold down the buttons to advance the digits quickly. 2. Press stop/start to start timer. 3. To pause the timer, press stop/start. Press again to resume timing. 4. When alarm beeps, press stop/start to turn off alarm. The timer will recall the last set time. Otherwise, the alarm will sound for approximately 1 minute then turn off automatically. 5. To reset the timer to zero, first press stop/start to pause the timer, then press min and sec at the same time to reset to zero. 6. The timer will time up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. How to Use This Oven Thermometer: To assure that roasted or baked food reaches the proper temperature, place oven thermometer next to it. Cleaning and Care: Handwash only. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher.
