To Use the Pan Clip: Insert the thermometer stem into the pan clip as illustrated. Clip the Thermometer on the side of a pitcher. Adjust the clip so that at least 1.5 inch of the stem is immersed. To Use the Pocket Case as a Holder: To avoid burns near heat, insert the stem into the pocket holder's built-in wrench and use the pocket holder as a handle. Do not rotate the head. Cleaning and Care: Do not immerse thermometer head in water. Not for use in dishwashers. Clean stem with hot, soapy water and wipe head with damp cloth. Squeeze clip to adjust.
