120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 170 degrees well beef & pork. 165 degrees poultry. 160 degrees medium beef & pork ground meat. 145 degrees medium rare beef & pork fish. USDA cooking temperatures (Visit our website for a full list of safe cooking temperatures). Rare: 140 degrees (The USDA does not recommend rare 140 degrees as a safe cooking temperature) beef; Med R: 145 degrees beef, 145 degrees pork; MED: 160 degrees beef, 160 degrees pork; W Done: 170 degrees beef, 170 degrees pork, 165 degrees chicken, 145 degrees fish. How to Use: (1)Thaw meat entirely before use. (2) Insert thermometer in the thickest part of the meat, 3/4 past the center, not in contact with bone, fat or gristle. (3) Adjust temperature slide reference to desired position and monitor doneness while cooking in the oven. (4) Remove meat from oven when cooked to desired temperature. For best results, position thermometer in these places. Caution: Thermometer probe will be hot after use, do not touch without protecting hands. Cleaning and Care: Handwash only. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher.
