Directions

Microwave or regular oven. Keep frozen. Directions: Microwave oven: Remove bowl from carton. Open side of overwrap to vent, leave on to cover bowl. Cook for 2 minutes on high, stir. Cook for another 2 minutes on high. Stir well before eating. Stovetop oven: Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove frozen oats from bowl and add to boiling water. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir well before eating. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
