Completely cooked, just add breast milk or water! Tips for introducing combination foods: Check the ingredients. If your baby is sensitive to any single food, make sure it's not part of any combination foods. Introduce only one new ingredient at a time, waiting three to five days before introducing any other new foods to check for allergies. For easy mixing: 1 Pour desired amount into cap and transfer to a bowl. Start with a tablespoon and increase up to 1/2 a cup* as baby's appetite grows. 2 Stir in breast milk, formula, or water and serve. To microwave: 1 Measure out 1/4 cup* in cap and mix with 1/2 cup unheated liquid in a microwavable bowl. Measuring cap is microwave safe (recommend 15-30 seconds). 2 Warm at medium (50% power) for 15-30 seconds. Stir to even out temperature and test before feeding.
