Directions

Keep refrigerated. Before cooking steaks, bring to room temperature. Preheat grill to 500° and oven to 450°. When ready to grill, season steaks on both sides with kosher or sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Place on grill and sear for 2 minutes. Turn steaks and add 1/2 tablespoon of Maple & Ash Beefed-Up Butter to each steak and sear for 2 minutes more. Remove from grill, add another 1/2 tablespoon of Beefed-Up Butter and let rest for 10 minutes. Add a final 1/2 tablespoon of Beefed-Up Butter to each steak and warm in 450° oven for 3 minutes. Slice and serve.
