Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Heat oven to 425°F. Spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Place steaks on pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until fully cooked, turning halfway through. Times may vary depending on size of steaks. Remove string before serving. To Grill: Use baking times to estimate grilling times, however, always check doneness with food thermometer. Due to bacon drippings, keep a squirt bottle filled with water next to grill to put out any flare-ups. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
