YOU WILL NEED: ? 1 tbsp. vegetable oil ? 1 lb. boneless pork chops, pork tenderloin or boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips ? OPTIONAL: 2 cups fresh vegetables (sliced onion, red pepper strips, broccoli florets) WHAT TO DO: 1. HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. 2. ADD pork [or chicken] and cook until browned. If adding vegetables, remove pork [or chicken] from skillet. Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp. Return pork [or chicken] to skillet. 3. STIR in sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 min. or until pork [or chicken] is cooked through.
