Directions: 1. Mix 2 cups boiling water with gelatin. Stir until dissolved, about 3 minutes. Add 2 cups cold water. Chill until firm. To add the ingredients: 2. Fold in drained, cooked or raw fruit or vegetables (11/2 to 3 cups). Fresh or frozen pineapple or kiwi fruit must be cooked before adding. Chill until firm. Quickset: 1. Completely dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 4 cups ice cubes, stir until gelatin starts to thicken, about 3 minutes. O Remove unmelted ice. Chill. Soft set and ready to eat in 30 minutes. To mold gelatin: 1. Do not use ice cubes. Decrease cold water to 11/2 cups. Chill in mold until firm. Dip just to rim in warm water. Shake to loosen. O Top with wet plate, invert plate and mold together, remove mold. Fun-Gels: 1. Add 21/2 cups boiling water to 4 small or 2 large packages of gelatin. Dissolve gelatin completely. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, chill until firm about 3 hours. Dip pan in warm water about 15 seconds. Cut into squares or with a cookie cutter into shapes. 2. Lift out of pan. Lift tab to open.
