Directions: Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 4-inch Pancake: 5-7; Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 1 cup; Cold Water: 2/3 cup. 4-inch Pancake: 10-14; Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 2 cups; Cold Water: 1-1/4 cups. 4-inch Pancake: 15-21; Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 3 cups; Cold Water: 2 cups. 4-inch Pancake: 20-28; Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix: 4 cup; Cold Water: 2-1/2 cups. 1. Combine mix and water in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix until batter is moistened and slightly lumpy. 2. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a lightly greased, preheated griddle (375 degrees F). 3. Cook pancakes for 1 1/4 minutes per side, turning only once. Tips: Use cold water for better results. Do not overmix batter. Adjust the water amount for a thicker or thinner batter. Add milk or buttermilk in place of water for a richer flavor.
