Directions

Keep refrigerated. May be frozen. Cooking instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking time approximate. Grill (whole): 1 Remove outer packaging. 2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 3. Take a wood/metal skewer and place through sausage to aid in the turning process. 4. Place sausage directly on grill grate. 5. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes. 6. Turn sausage and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes (150f internal temperature). Skillet (whole): 1. Remove outer packaging. 2. Place sausage in skillet and 1" of water. 3. Heat to a boil. 4. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes (150 F internal temperature). 5. Pour off water and serve. Skillet (pieces): 1. Remove outer packaging. 2. Cut sausage into 1/2" chunks. 3. Heat skillet to medium-high setting. 4. Cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned (150 F internal temperature). **Rope may take longer if frozen.
