Keep frozen. Cooking directions for conventional oven: (Microwave or toaster oven preparation is not recommended.) Do not purchase if carton is open or torn. Keep frozen until ready for use. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked fish. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place sealed parchment bag(s) seam side up on a shallow baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack. 3. Bake 22 to 24 minutes. 4. Test that seafood is fully cooked. Fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork when fully cooked. If not fully cooked return the fish in parchment bag to the oven and bake for an additional 1-2 minutes. Recheck for doneness.
