Lightly oil cooking surface and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until patty is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. For food safety cook to 165°F. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
