Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place appropriate number of bacon slices on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 25 to 35 minutes to desired doneness. Pan Fry Instructions: Preheat skillet or pan to roughly 340 degrees F. Place steak cut bacon on hot surface and flip every 5 minutes until desired doneness. Approximately 17 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
