Use grilling wraps for just about any food item and surround it with flavor. Submerge grilling wraps in water for five minutes. Place your proteins and/or vegetables on a flat wrap and apply your desired seasonings, sauces, or other toppings. Then, roll up each wrap and secure with the provided twine. Grill as you normally would, but keep an eye on the wraps to ensure they do not burn. It is recommended to keep a spray bottle handy just in case of a flare-up. When ready, unwrap and enjoy. They can be used in a charcoal, gas, or smokers. No matter what type of grill you are using, start by soaking the wraps in water for at least five minutes. This will keep the wraps from burning while on the grill. For additional flavor, try soaking the wraps in other liquids such as apple juice, wine, or beer. After soaking, place your meat and/or vegetables in the middle of a wrap. Fold the wrap around the food so that is overlaps slightly. Use the provided twin to secure the wrap closed. Place the wraps on your prepared grill. Cook as you normally would, but keep the lid closed as much as possible. Check the item periodically to ensure the wraps are not burning.
