You will need: 1. Standard mug. 2. Milk - 3 tablespoons. 1. Grease a standard mug. 2. Pour in the mix, add milk (3 tablespoons) & stir. (30 sec). 3. Microwave (700W - 900W): 1min 10sec; (1000W - 1200W): 1 min 05sec. Note: Individual microwaves may vary. Adjust +/- seconds to cooking time as necessary. Careful Hot! Let cool 3 min.
