Yield 1 cup. Directions: (1). Empty 1 package chicken gravy mix into small saucepan. (2). Blend in 1 cup of water. (3). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Serve over poultry, pork, veal, mashed potatoes, noodles, rice or hot biscuits. Gravy with Meat Dripping: Add 3 to 4 tablespoons meat dripping to above recipe. Chicken Casserole: Prepare chicken gravy, add 2 cup diced, cooked chicken; 1 (8oz) can sliced green beans, drained; 2 tbsp. Butter; 1 tsp. Minced onion. Combine 1 1/2 cups cooked noodles, rice or macaroni with chicken mixture in 1 quart casserole dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 15 minutes.
