Cooking instructions: For food safety and quality, internal product temperature must reach 165 degrees F. Since ovens vary, cooking times may require adjusting. Microwave: 1 min 30 sec thawed. Setting: high. Open one end of the film to vent. Thawed: 1 minute 30 seconds. Frozen: 3 minutes. Let product stand 1 minute before eating. (1,100 watt microwave). Oven: 12 min thawed: Thawed (preheat oven to 350 degrees F) open one end of film to vent. Place on baking sheet. Cook for 6 minutes, flip and cook 6 more minutes. 15 min frozen: Frozen (preheat oven to 375 degrees F) open one end of film to vent. Place on baking sheet cook for 7 minutes ~~~ Let product stand 2 minutes before eating. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
