Cowboy® Hickory Pit-Style Cookin' Wood is 100% all natural. It is perfectly sized for pit or barrel -style cookers, offset smokers, pizza ovens, fire pits, and campfires. Hickory is a preferred wood of pitmasters with it’s hearty aroma & full flavor. All of our wood is heat treated to a minimum interior temperature of 71°C for at least 75 minutes.
