Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions (Remove wrapper): Conventional Oven: (Preferred method). Thaw by microwaving on high for 1 minute. Place on non-stick spray coated baking sheet and cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Microwave Oven: (Frozen). Remove wrapper. Place on microwave-safe plate and cover with a microwave-safe plate or lid. Cook for 1 minute per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Caution: Contents are hot!
