Keep refrigerated. Heating instructions: Microwave: Remove sleeve. Peel back film 2 inches on entree side. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes or until piping hot. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Stovetop: Empty contents into their own non-stick sauce pan & cover. Cook rice on medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Cook entree on medium to medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until piping hot.
