Rio Grande Hen & Turkey Seasoning Sauce


 

Directions

Keep in cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Instructions: 1) Make a cream blending together margarine, garlic, mustard, and Worcester sauce and spread it onto the hen (or turkey), add the Rio Grande hen and turkey seasoning sauce (8 oz per pound of turkey + 8 oz of water). 2) Soak the whole hen (or turkey) in the sauce and add olives, capers and a spring of thyme to taste. 3) Bake the bird in the sauce for 2 hours at 350 degrees F, until tender and fully cooked.
