Suggested Application Rates: Apply in early spring as soon as soil can be worked. For perennial crops, apply at the end dormancy. Mix thoroughly with the soil or growing media, taking care not to apply in concentrated from directly to the roots. For trees and turf, apply directly as a top dressing. Gardens: 3 lbs. per 100 square feet. Row: 1 to 2 lbs. per 100 feet. Trees: 1 lb. per inch of tree diameter. Compost: 3 to 6 ounces per cubic foot. Turf: 10 lbs. per 1000 square feet. Potting: 2% of total volume by weight. Seedbed: 1 lb. per 100 square feet. Bedding Plants: 1 oz. per tray. Bulbs: 1/2 oz. mixed in soil under bulb. New, reclosable package.
