Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: 1. Fill a large saucepan with enough water to cover 1 lb. of cassava. Bring to a boil. 2. Add cassava to boiling water and salt as desired. 3. Cook 15 to 30 minutes or until tender. 4. Drain and serve. Note: Do not thaw before cooking. Keep frozen.
