Spread a layer of cooked sushi rice on gimMe Sushi Nori, leaving about an inch uncovered at both edges on top and bottom. 3. Add your favorite ingredients (meat/fish, veggies, avocado, etc.) along the edge closest to you and season with salt to taste. Some favorite filling ideas: Traditional: Organic turkey and cheddar or Swiss, tuna or chicken salad. Add celery for an extra crunch. Veggie: Avocado, cucumber and hummus or tahini. Mexican style: Beans, cheddar cheese and rice. Korean style: Rice, spinach, carrots, and thinly cut fried eggs. 4. Using the bamboo rolling mat, carefully roll from bottom around your fillings, then seal by dampening the edge with a bit of water. 5. Slice into bite-size pieces and enjoy!
