Directions

You will need: 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 1 Egg 1. Heat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for nonstick cookie sheet). 2. Stir Cookie Mix, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate dough 15 minutes. 3. Shape dough into 15 balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Empty Powdered Sugar into small bowl; roll balls in powdered sugar until generously coated. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely; store in airtight container. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
