Preparation Instructions: Keep Frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use. Children should be supervised. On the Griddle: (1) Lightly spray both sides of burger with cooking oil. (2) Heat burger on medium heat for 10 minutes, turning, over halfway through cook time. In the Microwave (Cooking instructions developed using 1100 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary times given are approximate): (1) Place frozen burger on a microwave safe plate. (2) Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes, turning burger over halfway through the cooking time. (3) Microwaving more than one burger at a time is not recommended. On the Grill: (1) Preheat grill. (2) Use a food thermometer to be sure burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
