Prepare on stove or in microwave. Stovetop directions: Step 1: In a medium saucepan, bring 1 quart of water to a rapid boil. Add a pinch of salt (optional). Add 1 bag of pasta, completely submerging it in the boiling water. Set timer for 3 minutes and cook uncovered. Step 2: Using a fork, lift bag from water, allowing water to drain. Caution: handle with care. Pasta and bag will be very hot. Step 3: Hold bag at notch over bowl or plate and pull down on tab, tearing open side of bag. Step 4: Empty pasta into bowl or plate. Add sauce or desired topping, toss and enjoy. To cook multiple bags, use a large pot to bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add a pinch of salt (optional). Add bags of pasta, completely submerging them in the boiling water. Set timer for 3 minutes and cook uncovered. Follow steps 2 to 4 above. Do not overcook. Not recommended for baking or in soups. Microwave directions: Add 2 1/2 cups hot tap water and a pinch of salt (optional) to a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Add 1 bag of pasta, completely submerging it in the water. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Follow steps 2 to 4 of "stovetop directions." We do not recommend using a microwave to cook multiple bags. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate and based on using an 1100 watt microwave. Increase or decrease cooking times as needed.
