Cooking Instructions: Your culinary adventure begins here! Keep frozen - 18°C (0°F) until you're ready to Chef it up™. Do not refreeze, please. For optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking Instructions: Thaw Instructions: Never thaw at room temperature. Remove frozen portions from packaging and place in a single layer in a clean, sanitized container. Cover and place under refrigeration (38°F or below). Grill (From thawed): Soak wooden skewers before use. Preheat grill on medium-high and season with oil to prevent sticking. Thread thawed salmon evenly onto skewers. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, occasionally turning skewers. Oven Bake (From frozen): Remove frozen portions from packaging, Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 165°F before enjoying!
