Piston Pete's American Muscle Lager is dry, lean and crisp. Our time-perfected aging process delivers balance and character for a taste that is clean to the palate with just a hint of attitude. We could try and give you a long explanation for hot and cold motor oil weather ratings and so forth but it's beer, not actual motor oil. So we decided to create our own viscosity rating system for Piston Pete's products based on a light beer to dark beer. Look for the vertical number on the front of the can or bottle. The lower the number after the W, the lighter the beer. The higher the number, well you guessed it, the darker the beer. Use the same scale for the straight weights which only have on set of numbers. Do we really have to say it? All Piston Pete's products contains no motor oil of any kind and should never be used for anything other than human consumption.
