Keep frozen. Must be cooked thoroughly. Cooking instructions. Conventional oven baking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen Alexia mozzarella stix in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with crumpled aluminum foil. Heat at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. For best results, turn stix over half way through cooking time. Let stand two minutes before serving. Note: oven temperatures may vary. Please adjust baking time and temperature as necessary. Deep frying. Deep fry frozen Alexia mozzarella stix at 350 degrees F for 1 minute and 50 seconds or to desired color and crispness. Drain on paper towel. Let stand two minutes before serving. Note: frozen food may develop ice crystals causing hot oil to splatter. Please add product carefully. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Due to irregular shapes, contents may settle during shipping.
