Directions

Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Preparation suggestions: Oven: Preheat oven to 475°F. Remove frozen Pacific Sustainable Seafood Fish Sticks from all packaging and place on oiled baking sheet. Bake on one side for 7 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 7 minutes, or until fish sticks are crispy and golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Deep fry: Heat oil to 370°F. Cook fish sticks for 3-4 minutes. Do not overload fryer. Remove from fryer and place on paper towel. Let sit 1 minute to cool. Serve with your choice of gluten-free dipping sauce and side dish. Serving suggestions: Serve in a gluten-free corn tortilla with your favorite gluten-free sauce, or put 2-3 fish sticks on a gluten-free bun and make your favorite fish sandwich. Our favorite serving: Simply take Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free Fish Sticks and dip in a gluten-free tartar sauce. Add a few gluten-free French fries for a great fish and chips meal.
