For food safety & quality, follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees f. Cook only one product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Directions: Stovetop and oven times vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees f as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Microwave heating is not recommended. Stovetop: Do not thaw. 1. Place desired amount of frozen blend in a skillet and heat on medium-high. 2. Cook, stirring occasionally for 4-6 minutes or until 165°f. Oven roasting: Do not thaw. 1. Preheat oven to 400°f. Lightly oil a shallow baking pan large enough to hold mushrooms in a single layer. Add frozen mushroom blend and place pan on middle oven rack. 2. Bake for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally until crispy or golden brown. Keep frozen.
