Dry red wine. It is with a great pleasure that we present Ser Gioveto, a fine, estate-bottled Super Tuscan from our historic property. The first vintage of Ser Gioveto coincided with the year I joined my father on his winemaking endeavors of Rocca delle Macie. In honor of this special milestone, he named the wine Ser Gioveto, a combination of my name 'Sergio' and 'Sangioveto', the ancient name of Sangiovese.
