My family's roots in the California wine business date back to the days following Prohibition. Our heritage is symbolized by the valley oak on the label and celebrated with this Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon. We craft this wine from some of the finest vineyard sites in Rutherford. Their exceptional mid-valley and Mayacamas benchland sites creates the classic 'Rutherford Dust' characteristics. Aged in 18 months in French oak the wine is intense and weighty with black current, plum, cedar and roasted coffee notes. We invite you to enjoy this limited release wine. -Marc D.
