Limited Edition Single vineyard. San Pablo Estate plot no. 2 . This vineyard is located in the highest part of the Uco Valley at 1,605 meters (5,260ft) and was planted in 2002 with chardonnay vines from clone R8 on rootstock P1103 at a density of 10,000 plants per hectare. The vines are drip irrigated with pure melt water from the Andes Mountains. The sandy loam soil has a high percentage of boulder and calcareous with excellent drainage and low fertility.
