High Heaven Vintners was inspired by this backdrop and is rooted in more than a century of winemaking and farming experience, capturing Washington State's spirit of creativity, quality and provenance. Roaming Elk Red Blend (60% Syrah, 40% Merlot) is a bold wine, not unlike the local Waipiti herds occasionally spotted amount the vines at dusk.
