Prep: 5 minutes. Cook: 30 minutes. Serves: 4. Ingredients: 4 Salmon fillets (4-6 oz. each, skin on). 1 packet Victoria Taylor's Toasted Sesame Ginger Salmon Seasoning. 1. Rinse the salmon under cool water and pat dry with a paper towel. 2. Preheat broiler to high. 3. Pour 3/4 of the packet of Toasted Sesame Ginger Salmon Seasoning into a shallow bowl. Coat the salmon on all sides except the skin side. 4. Place the salmon on an aluminum foil covered roasting pan or cookie sheet skin side up. Broil for 2-3 minutes and then remove pan from the oven. 5. Turn off the broiler and preheat the oven to 350°. 6. Using a pair of kitchen tongs, lift the charred skin off the fillets. Discard the skin. 7. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top of the salmon and cook for 20-30 minutes or until it is just pink through the middle. The bottom of the fillets will be caramelized.
