Product Details
Grape from sauvignon blanc vineyards in the historic Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County are use to make this classic crisp and refreshing wine. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to ensure true varietal flavors, it was then bottled a few months later without any oal aging or malolactic fermentation. Aromas of Meyer lemon with nuances of freshly cut grass mingle with flavors of passion fruit, green apple, and grapefruit. This Sauvignon Blanc should be enjoyed in its youth. Pair with cheese, poultry, shellfish, grilled fish, and vegetables. Enjoy this delicious wine with friends and family but please do so responsibly. - Scott Zanon. zanonzinfandel.com.
