Keep Frozen. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THE COOKING DIRECTIONS. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160°F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS for 1/4 Bag (3 1/2 Servings): Heat 1/2 Cup Water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add kale; return to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS for 1/4 Bag (3 1/2 Servings): Important: Do not microwave in bag. Pour 1/4 Cup Water and kale into 1 1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on High according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. CAUTION: HOT! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. Microwave Wattage* Time on HIGH 1200 8 minutes 1000 9 minutes 700 10 minutes *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.
