We begin with carefully selected bulgar wheat and add rust the right amount of spices and delicate seasonings for a taste that even the most discriminating pallet will find exceptional. 1 pkg Jemila tabouli mix. 1-1/4 cups water. 4-5 cups fresh parsley, chopped. 1 lemon (approx. 1/4 cup). 4 tbs olive oil. Diced tomatoes, cucumber, scallions (optional). Begin with 1 package of Jemila tabouli mix. Let soak in 1 & 1/4 cups of water for 15 minutes. Add in 4-5 cups of finely chopped fresh parsley, juice from 1 lemon (approximately 1/4 cup) and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Enliven the flavor by adding fresh Roma tomatoes, a cucumber or scallions. This classic old-world recipe is a snap to prepare and can fit into the busiest of schedules. You don't have to choose between fast and healthy.
