Keep Frozen. To Thaw in Refrigerator: Place bag (or desired amount of fruit) in bowl. Refrigerate quarter or half bag about 6 hours, full bag about 8 hours. Drain if desired. Store thawed fruit in refrigerator. To Thaw in Microwave: Place desired amount of fruit in microwavable bowl. Cover; microwave on defrost according to chart, stirring halfway through. Microwaving full bag is not recommended. Drain if desired. Store thawed fruit in refrigerator. Do not microwave in bag. For a 1200 watt microwave, heat quarter bag for 2 minutes on defrost or half bag for 4 minutes on defrost. For a 1000 watt microwave, heat quarter bag for 3 minutes on defrost or half bag for 5 minutes on defrost. For a 700 watt microwave, heat quarter bag for 5 minutes on defrost or half bag for 7 minutes on defrost. Microwave wattages vary; adjust defrost time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.
