Directions

1. Place insert with text facing down. 2. Tuck insert into inside pocket. 3. Once insert is secure, underwear is ready to wear! Removal instructions: turn pant inside out. Flip upside down over garbage can. Shake to remove insert. Do not flush. Underwear laundering instructions: do not launder absorbent insert. Launder underwear before first use. Between each use, machine wash warm with like colors. Do not bleach. Use of bleach will negatively affect product performance. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Replace if not in good condition or after 30 washes.
