Inspired by the cool coastal winds of Northern Monterey County. Our family's estate Rancho Soledad Vineyard is lasted near the original Soledad Mission, which was founded by Spanish Franciscan priests in 1791. In the 1800's, this area became part of the privately owned Ranchos of California. Today, our family farms Riesling on this historic site where decomposed granite soils combine with the cool, windy climate of the Monterey Bay.
