Storage: Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat and sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze opened bag of coffee. To ensure freshness, brew within a week of opening. Brew the perfect cup: Measure 2 tablespoons for every 6 oz. of cold filtered water. Adjust to taste. This one pound bag of coffee makes 40 6 oz. servings. Iced coffee: 4 tablespoons per 6 oz. cup. Adjust to taste. After brewing, remove coffee from burner. Pour into temperature-safe container. Add ice, doubling the mixture in volume.
