Just a few quick potato-shaped words to kick things off. We're Tyrrells and we make fine English potato chips here on our farm in Herefordshire. Our potatoes are grown in nearby fields, before they make the short trip to the farm. We cook them by hand in small batches and we always leave the jackets on. We reckon they're rather special, but don't take our word for it - dig in and let us know what you think. Mature cheddar & chives: Little in life is quite as glorious as the tangy hit of mature cheddar in concert with the wonderfully oniony twang of that most snippable of herbs, the chive.
