Meatloaf: You will need: 1 pound ground beef, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, i.e. sunflower, 1/2 cup water. Stir the contents of packet into 1/2 cup cold water. Add ground meat and mix well. Form into meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes at 390 degrees F. Can also be shaped into meatballs or hamburgers and sauteed in hot oil until thoroughly cooked. Add: 1 pound ground beef or beef/ pork blend.
