Hearth oven baked. Ciabattas + rolls + stix + baguettes + loaves. To add crunch to your crust: preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Place bread on an oven rack and bake it for 4 to 5 minutes. Let bread cool and enjoy! To save bread for later: wrap bread in plastic and place it in a freezer bag before freezing. When you are ready to enjoy your bread, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove bread from freezer bag and unwrap. Place bread on oven rack. Bake for 10 minutes. Let bread cool and enjoy!

We start with simple ingredients then blend them slowly. We develop the dough through traditional long, natural fermentation for complex flavor. It takes time, loving attention and artful methods. We support the bread on its journey and bake in special hearth ovens. Our bread tastes so good because we care. We hand-stretch and then brush each Ciabatta with extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) before the last step of its journey into the hearth oven. EVOO and a sprinkle of sea salt add extra flavor to the crispy crust and slightly nutty richness of our high-moisture crumb.
